I saved a Black Lab, Abby, that was in the street in front of my house. Lost and lonely. I surrendered her to animal control so her owners could find her. When no one came forward to reclaim her, she was put on 'death row' so I adopted her to save her life for the second time, she is JUST that special. Abby is a wonderful girl, and a first class friend, she is extremely quiet and very cooperative. She has not spooked my cats, they know she is there but don't seem to mind her and vice versa. I am temporarily keeping her in my laundry room, and while this is working for the moment, I know she really needs more room to run and play. I want her to enjoy life to the fullest!
Thus, I really want her to have her forever home. She is such a wonderful, easy girl - whoever adopts her will be very lucky. Her personality is her absolute best trait. She would be suitable for anyone and any living situation, so gentle and sweet. She even does well on a lead unless there is something she wants ;) She has been in my house for days and has barked exactly two times and they were just little woofs, so quiet, just amazing. (Abby does not bark at kitties, I have four.)
In summary, Abby is just a dream of a girl looking for her dream home and a happy ending well deserved. |
