Meet
Bella ~ an 18 month old female yellow lab mix with a beautiful
smile! Bella has had a rough start to life, but acts like
the happiest dog on earth. You see, when Bella was just
a few months old she had her front leg amputated because
she was hit by a car. She has no issues having 3 legs
and amazingly, there are no long-term medical issues from
her loss.
But even amputation cannot break her stride! Bella loves
to exercise and play and is the perfect companion if you
are looking for a running buddy. She can easily handle
a 3 mile run. Bella would do well in a home with a tall
fence- since she is able to scale 4' fences in a single
bound!
She loves other dogs, cats and kids according to her foster
mom! And nothing makes her happier then being with people.
She is a very social dog, who is crate trained and house
broken. Bella needs a little attention with her commands,
but is already starting to catch on with a little help
from her foster. In typical Lab fashion, Bella loves to
be loved! So, quit putting off adopting a Lab- today is
the day to make Bella a part of your family! |
