Foster Update!

For a one year old dog, Country is very low-key. He is adapting well and is loyal to his caregiver. He is a bit shy with new people, but eventually he warms up. He is good on a leash, does not bark or jump, is crate trained, housebroken, and good with other dogs .For the most part, he is quiet and content, but when you are ready to play with him, his inner puppy comes out and he is very silly!. He loves his time outdoors exploring the backyard (we have nicknamed him "Scout"). On top of all this, he is just adorable!!!

Country was brought to me today. He is a stray, has been handled some (needs work on a leash) evidently was hanging out at the home of a chemo patient and no one in the area has claimed him. Although he has had little handling, he's very easy to work with, and really willing to please! He's young - about 10-12 months and about 45 lbs or so.
