Bliss was just recently sprung from Athens Clarke County where she was unceremoniously dumped with her 4 year old Golden X 'sister' (also rescued) - we haven't had the pleasure of her Company yet, but our Vet gives her a most glowing report....
"We have pulled Bliss and she is a doll! I am guessing that she is about five years old. She is checking out the animal hospital -- Elvis - our PR cat has been following her around and she finally met him face-to-face around the labwork station and just barely growled at him as if to say "Enough is enough!", then trotted off, daring him to follow!
She knows "sit" and walks very well on the leash. She knows what a crate is - kenneled up without having to be told! She is very gentle when taking treats.
Her tail is a curley-q - the hair around the end looks like a French twist almost! She has a small strip of white on her chest and some on her rear toes. Her muzzle is graying : )
Transport plans to ATL are underway... and while Bliss will be enjoying her chauffered tour of the City we will be preparing to update you upon her arrival. We have a feeling that may include a jaunt at the park and a photo op for sure! |
