This beautiful black lab is Lita. She is about 2 years old and weighs in the range of 70 pounds. She is a sweetheart of a girl and was brought to our attention by one of DeKalb's Vols. She is HW neg, UTD on all shots including rabies and fully vetted. All of this was done in preparation to send her to a rescue in the NE. Instead, the rescue opted not to take her because she had slight hair loss on her side and a little on her back legs. A simple flea allergy. Now that Lita is flea free, her lustrous black coat is taking hold, laying claim to and complementing beautiful amber eyes. Lita has been described as a 'super dog' - she passed her food bowl test, temp tests and every other test thrown at her with ease and grace, passing them all with flying colors.
As a testament to her fabulous temperament, we've posted her shelter pic, clearly this labby girl is a lover through and through who ADORES her humans and dotes on doggie darlings. Lita by name ~ Beauty by nature. |
