Rusty's really a sweet, very calm, loving boy - we doubt that he ever got much in the way of attention, he was penned a large part of his life. Rusty would make a wonderful companion for someone who’d like a faithful companion - he's a dog who would just love to loved.
Rusty is a sweetly handsome and demonstrably affectionate guy! We figure he is about 4 years old, he has moments when he acts like a youngster - active and animated - but mostly he's subdued and content to watch the world around him. He loves treats, and accepts them gently. He's redder than he looks in his pictures, medium-sized at 55-60 lb. or so. His coat is thick, soft, and luxurious. He very much enjoys a good walk or romp with a buddy - he'll run and play with the best of them, but will settle down easily to enjoy home life right by your side.
