Annie - gorgeous 3 year old purebred yellow lab who was owner surrendered to the shelter by her family. Good heavens, this girl is a DOLL. She has been in our office every day for a week acclimating to new people and new surroundings and going home with her foster every night. She LOVES people and other dogs, she doles out kisses to both endlessly and is a tried and true labby lovebug.
We haven't found a flaw yet, but we did discover, really quite by accident that Annie would be quick to correct. (Problem is - she has no issues!) We only realized this recently when a delivery person shouted up to the second story of our office and Annie retreated away from the sound and under a desk. It appears a raised voice has been used in her prior home and will cause Annie to retreat. That is until you find her, not so difficult given the the thumping of her tail... we've begun to wonder if it isn't actually a simplified form of hide and seek - she's soooo obvious... and just waiting for the opportunity to plant her next kiss! |
