Foster Update ~
Britton is a gorgeous purebred black lab. He was found as a stray at Lake Hartwell, and was very skinny and dehydrated. After some food, water and a bath, this boy's wonderful Labrador personality and good looks were revealed. Even though he was not neutered when he was found, Britton has not displayed any signs of aggression towards other dogs. He is very friendly, and greets people as though they are his long-lost friends. He is wonderful with children of all sizes, and was actually approached by an energetic bunch of 12 kids of all ages, and stood there calmly as they hugged all over him.
He bonded quickly to his foster parents, and for his age and size, he is fairly calm. So far, he hasn't made much noise, and seems to take everything in stride. Britton is working diligently on his crate training, house breaking and leash walking.
