We can't imagine why anyone would
name this awesome 5 year old boy Doofus but they did.
Further can't imagine investing so much time and energy
into training and caring for him, only to surrender him
over to a kill shelter - yet they did. Doofus looks like
such a fun loving ham! His quizzical expression so comical
and charming - his shelter pictures made me fall for him.
Hard.
So here he is, this handsome hunk of a boy! He is extremely
well behaved and very well trained. He knows sit, stay,
shake, and probably so much more. If you like to run he
is just the boy for you. He has a metal for completing
the Hot Lip Hustle 5K, a charity run for children in need
of life saving surgery. So he is a hero of sorts too!
Doofus was a shelter volunteer favorite for all these
reasons and is quickly becoming one of mine too ;)
