From his foster...(renamed him Kane)
Thought you might appreciate a few pictures…Yellow dog loves him and he loves the yellow dog ....
Kane is doing so well with the potty training and he eats like a horse. He loves to retrieve my slippers and is definitely in the chewing stage since he’s teething. He is absolutely not intimidated at all by the vacuum, our (2) 75+ lbs dogs or by water since he keeps bathing himself in the big dogs’ water bowls. He slept last night on the bed and did not move. He is about as cute as anything could be and a super great personality. He is super inquisitive and must be following around someone or exploring any unexplored crook. The Christmas tree ornaments are the new game of the day…he pulls off the lower ones and just piles them up. As I type this, the puppy is curled up with our yellow dog and they are napping…it was a tough morning of playing and potty training! :)
This is the pup I met today at Mt. Berry. He is indeed a true cutie. I think he may have a bit Aussie in him as he has a brown/tan merle color on his paws. Otherwise very labbie and as you can see VERY adorable. He is still sooo little. The staff are being awesome (of course) at Mt. Berry keeping him "protected" & have already given him first shot and de-worming will happen tomorrow. Here's what they had to say about this little tyke....
Here is Sammy's picture. He is soooo sweet. I've had Josh take him out several times this afternoon to get him started on "potty" training. Also gave him his first distemper shot and will worm him tomorrow. Looks to be about 8 weeks old. Also will get some better pics tomorrow. If it's not raining will try to get pics outside.
