is a big, roughly 90 lb. handsome yellow lab who landed
in the DeKalb shelter apparently as the result of an
eviction case. We don't know the details, but his owners
simply left him behind at the house when they were evicted.
Completely abandoned him. No looking back...unbelievable.
Needless to say, Ty was pretty scared to be in the environs
of the shelter & withdrew into himself.
Despite the fact that he was
obviously frightened, we could tell he was a good natured
boy. We kept plugging away. Thankfully, he warmed quickly
to our volunteer and she saw the promise of this lovely
lab. We do too. We will endeavor to gather further details
on this boy in the next day or so, so check back soon!
